on another day like last month, i red on the reddit a thread of someone asking if of other detrans people also feel uncomfortable with being refered to as being cis.
and i found that interesting, because first time when i told a person that i am detrans the person asked me if i am cis now. Like it was obvious that the person wasn’t sure what that means now.
And in the thread someone wrote, the society doesn’t treat detrans people as cis. They are pitied, seen as a failure and some fate they need to protect cis people from. Making it clear that they are not part of them.
What is often regarded as a cis experience is vastly different as a detrans experience.

@nachtpfoetchen@pfoetchenbloggt.noblogs.org it is quite funny that when i click on copy link to the post, it copies the link to my actual blogpost and not to the fedi post. this plugin is quite neat!
