Since i don’t have the premium sync service another way was needed to sync my notes from my laptop with my smartphone. Since i already have a working syncthing setup, i decided to give it a try: On my phone i use möbius sync on my laptop regular linux syncthing. On the phone i can select a folder to sync my notes folder to. In there i can select a folder in the files app, which can also be a user exposed folder from another application. It prompts a warning that this can cause weird things in other apps, but it works great.
Since i sync my laptop to my phone it always syncs them when they are on the same network and möbius sync needs sometimes a manual refresh but whelp it is the best i could find, maybe i can add some smarthome magic to improve the sync.
